KLN Studio was approached by recent home buyers who were looking to resolve an unutilized corner area of their parlor. Through design discussions with the owners, KLN studio designed a floor to ceiling bookshelf with an integrated workstation, and a large couch and chaise lounge with drawers below. The challenge of integrating this multiple functionality with the space and budget allotted resulted in a simple yet playful design, and a living space built for whatever the day calls for.
